Barn Cat Program

Kanoa Rescue Foundation is dedicated to helping every animal we can. This is why we started our barn cat program! Cats that come into this program are ones that can not go into traditional adoption programs. Typically they are cats who tend to enjoy their own space, hunting mice, and not getting cuddled. Some of these cats are feral, some of them just have big attitudes, and some of them simply love to mark everything inside. By allowing them to go to barn homes they can to avoid being euthanized and get to live their lives out in their favorite way! People providing food and water but them still getting to free roam and hunt. So it's an all around beneficial relationship, the cats get to be saved and they help out by clearing out the mice.
